How to Recover from Summer

I can't believe how time flies so fast now days. I feel like next thing you know I'll be waking up at the age of 50 trying to remember where all the time went. But with time, comes goals. We have to make sure we are on top of them even after the summer.

Now that we are getting back into fall, it's time to hit that reset button and grind harder than we have all year long. We have only 3 more months left in the year. Next thing you know we are going to be counting down and bringing in 2018. Yea I know, these years are going by too freaking fast. You know what they say, time flies when you're having fun :)

Here's a few tips on how to get back into grind mode for Fall 2017:

1.) Do a goal audit.

It's not too late to revisit those goals and see how far you've come. Have you done all of the things you had on your resolution list? Or have you fell off of that work out plan? #guilty! This is the time to start it back up. Don't wait until New Years to set those same goals that you made at the beginning of this year. New years are only for new goals.

2.) Get Organized.

Get your schedule right. Blow that dust off of your planner and get back to it! Treat this second quarter like you do January and write down any goals that you plan to accomplish during the last few months of the year..

3.) Get your mental right.

By this time of year, we all tend to get LAZY. Holidays are coming up, people are coming from vacays, & the weather changes to Netflix & chill. I get it! But this is the best time to grind especially when your competitors are tired and going into chill mode. Crank it up a notch! Two people that always get my mind right are Eric Thomas and Gary Vaynerchuck. I was sleep on Eric Thomas until someone told me about him. He's legit.
